We've believed from the beginning that student success depends on empowered educators, involved parents, and engaged students. And, in the past year, we've connected more school communities than ever before. Since schoolwide features launched in February, more than 20,000 administrators in the United States have used Remind for fast and effective communication with staff, parents, and students. To help guide our growth, we pay close attention to the ongoing conversations about digital safety in schools—between administrators, teachers, policymakers, parents, tech companies, and trade organizations. Now, Remind's partnered with iKeepSafe, a nonprofit alliance that plays a meaningful role in shaping these conversations. We're proud to have obtained iKeepSafe certification and met program guidelines for the FERPA Assessment, COPPA Safe Harbor Program, and California Student Privacy Badge, which certify our policies for the protection and privacy of student information. We've updated Remind's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to reflect iKeepSafe standards, and we've also made our terms simpler, clearer, and easier to understand.
We encourage you to review the updated Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you have any questions about these updates, please feel free to send us a note at support@remindhq.com—we're always here to help. Thanks for being part of the Remind community and helping us connect every teacher, student, and parent to improve education.
